Captivate installer failed to initialize

I have had the 30 day trial version for 4 days and have not been able to install, 1st was a bad file and now the installer won't initialize. I am using Windows 10 Pro, I have been using Windows 10 as an insider for 9 months and other Adobe products work just not this one.

Trying to learn how to use Captivate for job that I am applying for since I have been unemployed for the better part of the last 2 years. Need help please!!

    Captivate 8 is not compatible with Win10.

    ‌The problem is likely Windows 10. I haven't seen any announcements stating that Captivate is compatible yet. Do you have a different OS you can install it on in the meantime?
