Captivate large play button not playing

Question

Hi there, I have published my SCORM 1.2 file and it is working well! The only exception is that when plugged into an LMS, the beginning screen's large play button does not actually begin the project.

The play button in the lower left of the skin and player controls DOES work; the large one does not. Is this a browser issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

That is weird, first time I see this problem appearing (I am daily on this forum).

Which browser do you use? Can you check the project in SCORM Cloud? Do you have the same problem when publishing without reporting and testing on a webserver? That would point to a settings problem in the LMS.
