Captivate localization and translation

We need a simple process to publish videos in different languages.

The user interface should also be displayed in the respective language.

We start with the German project. The interface and text is german. The export of the .doc / .xml file works as well as the translation of the elements. Also the import into the German project file works fine.

However, if we now recreate another language, with the same use case and the same steps, the captions and the export/translation of the original project can not longer be used.

.doc works partially, .xml can not be imported at all.

The only thing that works:

duplicate original (german) project - create recordings with another language (e.g. english) - replace backgrounds - xml export (german) - xml translate - xml import.

Does anyone know an easier and more professional solution?
