Captivate Log in Issues

I am a Captivate subscriber, but yet today when I tried to access my account, the app prompts me to start a free 30-day trial. This is most annoying to say the least.

 

I thought uninstalling and reinstalling program might fix the issue, but no. It still prompts me to start a free 30-day trial, so I guess now I have to wait for Monday, even though Monday is my actual deadline.

 

Adobe: if you are reading this, I am unhappy and would like a refund this month for this major inconvenience. Bad UX Design, that.

    Did you start the CC application as well? Try logging out of that app, and logging in again. 

    I am just a user,  please contact Adobe for other questions.
