Captivate Matching Broken Link Appearing

Good afternoon all,

I'm having an issue with the Matching Quiz Question. I have been able to resolve this before by changing the Default Style Name, but it's only partially working this time. As you can see below there is a broken link image where a letter should be. Anyone know how to resolve this? It's fine in Captivate preview, but not in HTML preview or output. This course is in Captivate 10/2017. I read a previous discussion where someone was able to fix this by taking the question out of the question pool, but these questions are not in a pool. Thanks for any help in advance!
