Captivate not allowing me to upload PowerPoint

Is anyone experiencing this issue on a Macbook with Captivate? I upload my PowerPoint to captivate and cannot advance past this screen and it also never shows a preview of my slides. I have tried everything including renaming the PowerPoint to not include any special characters, tried copying my slides and making a brand new PowerPoint, etc. Adobe support even had me download a "different version" of captivate that is more compatible with my MacBook. Adobe support has said they would evaluate my PowerPoint and see if they can figure out the issue but they have not gotten back to me or provided any sort of feedback. Each time I email an agent, they don't respond and when I chat with them they just say an agent will be in touch shortly. This has been extremley frusterating. I am on a strict deadline and need this situation addressed ASAP. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please help!!
