Captivate not capturing my simulation

Hi...

I am using Captivate 9, cloud version on my work  computer.  I am doing a software simulation for training and/or assessment.  Whether I create a new project from the start page or from within the workspace, I cannot get the capture to happen.  I usually end up with one or two slides.  

When I try this at home, I have no problems with the screen captures.  However, on my work station, no go.  It is also the same subscription on both devices.

Any suggestions?

    Do you run Captivate as Administrator if you are on Windows?

    Are the paths for the project files and the cache pointing to folders on your system, not on a networked drive?

    Hi and thanks for responding.  Right now, the files will publish to my hard drive which is also where I am saving them - not the network.  I do not know what you mean by Administer or how I check this.  Thanks.
