Captivate not reporting clickbox score to LMS

Question

I have an e-learning lesson with no quiz. I am also using Captivate's playbar but added a transparent clickbox on each slide to pause the slide until user clicks. in the lesson there is also a button that on click launches a video. every click box and button is set to 1 point each and advance interactions is set to assing points, track points and report to LMS.

the problem is that the lms only gets the score from the button clicked but does NOT get information for the click boxes on each screen. is the playbar the problem? in reality, the clickboxes on each screen are not really clicked. what is clicked is the "next" arrow in the playbar. is this the problem?

Any ideas of what is happening?

I think you pretty much nailed the problem your self. Since the click boxes aren't clicked then Captivate wont assign any points to them.
