Captivate not seeing some installed microsoft speech agents - Bulgarian & Hindi in my case

Hi Everyone

I hope someone can help.

I have a request to add text to speech in Hindi and Bulgarian to my Captivate project.

I have successfully downloaded and used South American Spanish and Polish but when I download Hindi and Bulgarian microsoft speech agents Captivate does not list them as options in the speech agent drop down menu. I have tried restarting Captivate and deinstalling some in case there is a maximum number that can be in use but nothing seems to work.

 

Can anyone advise?
