Can I use Captivate 2019 on my iPad Pro?

    Contrary to the Surface Pro, which is a full-blown laptop, you need dedicated apps for the iPad Pro. Some Adobe applications have such an app (Rush, Photoshop, Illustrator) but Captivate is not amongst them.

    No.  It's not available as an iPad app.
