Captivate - Playing Video and Audio from One File

I am trying to put together a training video using a recording from a webinar.  When I try to add the video to Captivate, I receive an "internal error" message and no video is uploaded.  I have used the Adobe Media Encoder to format the video.  After using the encoder, the video will load, but there is no volume.  I have tried encoding several ways, and even used a custom format which indicated that the audio is included.  Is there any way for me to play the video through captivate with the sound from the webinar?
