What do you really mean? If you want a plug-in for Powerpoint, that converts PPT to a SWF and allows you to add Question slides as well - no need for a separate QuizMaker -  and easy adding of audio (with sync possibilities) Adobe Presenter is indeed a possibility. But you can also convert PPT to SWF using Captivate.
