Captivate project output freezes after I published it and upload it in the Scorm cloud.

Hi Everyone, 

I'm hoping you can help me with my concern regarding Captivate project output freezes after I published it and upload it in the Scorm cloud. 

Here's the workflow: 

1. I have an assessment which has branching scenarios levels 1-3 (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced). 

2. I've assigned a variable named points to collect all the scores based on the learner's answer. 

3. At the end of each level (say beginner), I added a drag and drop interaction  that will record the score of the learners ( I put a check on the include in quiz) to that the scores can be tracked. Here's the point system: If the point is zero they get a badge that says they are Rookie, if they get points 1-10 they are professional, if they get 11-15 they are expert, if they get 16-20 then they are Veteran.

4. I enabled branch aware check box so that, captivate will only track the final score based on the branch that users viewed but it freezes.

What I did is I tried to remove the checkbox under branch aware, I can finish the assessment without it freezing but it's not reporting the correct score, it's adding the points in the questions which I didn't viewed. [points/400 (that's the total points in the project)]
