Captivate Publish To Print Settings...

Hi All,

Is there a way to have more settings for Publish as a Print (Handout)?

I would like to Publish on a Landscape Page, where Each Slide is published exactly as it displays in Captivate.

    Yes, you can design your own. However, it is not for the faint of heart.

    You'll need to look at creating a custom 'PrintOutput' format file and, each time you publish a new Captivate file, you'll need to update the word version of the Handout.

    In short:

    1) Create a word document with the headings and layout as you like

    2) Format the screen capture size and location by inserting this and changing the size:

    [CPContentSlide

    [CPBlockInsert][CPTemplates[CC1[CPCC]CC1]

    [CPSlideImage][size:282x214]

    CPContentSlide]

    3) Save this to documents folder

    4) Print to this file from Cp using the "...' button next to "Handouts"
