I am getting this lately when I publish Captivate files.. only when publishing as HTML / SWF.  I am still able to publish, however I'd like to know why in case there is something behind it.

You are publishing to a 'H:' is that a partition/drive on your own system or on a network?

In that case, try to publish to a folder on your own system to see if you have the same problems. If you keep the default folder, it is automatically added as a Flash trusted folder, if you change the default folder you had to do it yourself.

I doubt very much that activating the pdf could be the cause, may be wrong of course. If you unchecked that option, did you get rid of the warnings? If not, please do not mark that answer as being correct, because it could be very confusing for other users.

Looks to me like you are getting it when publishing to PDF.

This is correct answer?...

I understand the Export PDF option is checked, but I have never received this Warning before and I am looking for an explanation of it.

Thanks.

I'm not saying it's correct or incorrect, I'm just a user like you.

You said it happens "only when publishing as HTML / SWF" and you had PDF checked. I thought that may be the issue.

It's a suggestion. I can't re-create your issue.
