Captivate publishes shaky mp4 video

I am publishing a project as a video in Captivate, but while the video plays fine outside of Captivate and in preview, the published version is shaky. How can I fix this?

    Can you be a bit more specific?  What do you mean by "shaky"?

    How large is this MP4?  If you insert the same MP4 into another blank project does it show the same issue?
