Captivate Quiz Results Page Misbehaving

Hi

I have a client that is having a weird issue.  Her quiz results page shows zeros for her score and accuracy.  That's not possible in this course as you have to answer correctly to even get to the end.

The course has been taken by hundreds of people.  This is the first time I have seen this.

She said she tried it in Chrome too.

Any ideas??
