Captivate quiz submit Connecting . . . forever

I moved my captivate quiz video to another server and under it's own domain.  Now when I click submit on the quiz, it gives a message Connecting ... but it never returns.  It's not ever getting to the file InternatlServerReporting.php.  There are not helpful errors in the apache log files. What is the best ways to troubleshoot?  I didn't create the captivate video so I don't know if a path is hardcoded in it.  I wouldn't think so.

    Welcome to Adobe Support.

    You mentioned : "Quiz Video", did you created a .swf or different output ?

    Did you moved the ,php file or Did you changed the location of our server ?
