Captivate Quizzes Running offline

Recently we built a quiz in Captivate 5 and after publishing the files in html5 format, the quiz runs fine and everything is operating as expected. These quizzes will be taken for a specific course in a designated training room/area where internet connectivity would be none. The idea is to run these quizzes off on Microsoft Surface tablets, but with no internet connectivity. My question is can I run Captivate Quizzes on tablets in offline mode and then have these students take the quizzes on those tablets? Also, would the Quiz Analyzer add on work offline to allow for quiz results reporting?

Thank you for all your assistance in advance.

AFAIK Captivate 5 never was able to publish to HTML5, and I also doubt that it is compatible with the present OS. Please, check the corrrect version number under Help, About Captivate.

Microsoft Surface is not only a tablet, it is also a laptop, but that is bit off topic.

HTML5 output needs to be viewed on a webserver, I really don't know how you would ever run it off line. Older versions of Captivate allowed publishing to exe, which is SWF-based and could be run off line. But there is no way to transfer the results to a LMS or similar solution. Reporting is excluded, which means Analyzer will be pretty useless.

Thank you for your response. You are right, it was actually Captivate 2019 and thanks for pointing that out. So, I guess, running offline would not be an option. I thought on similar lines as well, but was trying to figure out solutions since internet connectivity is an issue.

Sorry about that. I don't know if you could give access to a local webserver? It is possible to set up custom reporting if you have a programmer.
