Captivate review links say "Something went wrong. Please try again later."


I assume it is related to the creative cloud issues poping up, but today around 4:00 all of the captivate review links my company has generated just say “Something went wrong. Please try again later”.
On adobe status I cant find anything listing captivate but there is no other clear explaination of why they are not working.
Is there somewhere I can look to see a captivate status? Just so we can know when it is our end vs adobes?
