Captivate review tool not working

Hi, 

I am trying to publish a course on the review tool, but I keep getting the same error.

    Hi Angelo36960776jrgj,

     

    Can you try the below steps and let me know if this works?

     

    1. CLose Captivate.

    2. Go to : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe

    3. Rename Elearning Assets folder.

    4. Go to : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate\utils

    5. Double CLick - CleanPreferencesWin.bat

    6. Launch Captivate and try again.

    Hello again, 

    I tried the fix as prescribed in your steps, and it did not work. I am sharing a video that shows how I tried to publish for review a small sample Captivate project.

    Hi.  Did you ever find an answer for that error message?,  Seeing similar reported from some users testing the lastest version.
