Captivate Reviewer 2019 didn't play the content right

I'm a first-time user of Captivate Reviewer 2019. I use to share my project with my coworkers for review on SCORM Cloud, but I want  my coworkers to be able to comment on a specific time/slide.

However, when I viewed the CREV file on Captivate Reviewer, some contents were missing. It couldn't show some images, some fluid boxes, and some video recordings, and a multi-state image and its corresponding buttons. Adobe AIR was installed on the computer.

I uploaded the published zip file of the same project to SCORM Cloud, and it worked fine.

Did anyone encounter the same issue and fix it?
