Captivate Reviewer 7 v Captivate Reviewer 9

My company is using Captivate 9, but we have found that Captivate Reviewer 7 play better with our network than Captivate 9 does.  Unfortunately, the previous answer in the community references a hard drive location for where I can find the program files for version 7, but I no longer have those files available and can't seem to find them on the internet to download them from there safely.  So, what to do now?
