Captivate SCORM file - uploading to KnowBe4

Hi!

I am new to Captivate, I have created a project that features a few knoledge check slides.

I am trying to upload it to the LMS platform KnowBe4. This platform will only accept SCORM or video files. I don't believe the knowledge check will be interactive if I upload as a video file, however I have tried several options of saving the project as a SCORM file, however the platform keeps rejecting it.

Does anyone have any knowledge with the compatibility between Captivate and KnowBe4? I have followed instructions found online and YouTube but no luck. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you 🙂

Knowledge Check slides do not have attached scores normally, but it would be good to check if you don't have any scoring in the Advanced Interaction panel (F9). You'll see the Total score at the top. More info in:

To create a SCO, you need to set up Reporting under Quiz Preferences. The setup can be based on slide views, you don't necessarily need scoring. Did you set up Reporting?
