Captivate screen capture video portion of HTML5 project doesn't show on iOS

Have created a simple three slide project in Captivate 7 that plays back fine on desktop browsers, but not on iOS. The first intro slide plays fine, the first frame of the video capture shows but doesn't show the rest of it while the time bar does continue to advance and eventually shows the closing third slide and its audio fine. I've looked through all the various Captivate settings and searched the web, but can't find anything specific. Did see a post about Chrome issues and downloaded the new index.html page template, but that didn't fix this issue. Here is the link: JReview 11 Drag and Drop Graph Demo
