Captivate Scrome file

Did you go through the Quiz preferences? Depending on how old the LMS is, the LMS may require a setting change to accept SCROM from an outside source--Captivate in this case. (Happened to an old client of mine.)

How did you create the SCORM zip file?  Did you let Captivate zip the published contents, or did you zip the published folder AFTER Captivate published?  If you did the latter, then that is likely why your SCORM file is not working.  Captivate creates the zip archive with the imsmanifest.xml file at the root level of the zip file.  If you just zip the folder containing the published output, the manifest file ends up being one more level down deeper in the structure and the LMS cannot find it.

You might need to republish your project. Check with your LMS administrator or the LMS vender what version of SCORM their LMS supports and be sure to use those options. Best of luck.
