Captivate simulations stopping during playback

I'm using Captivate 9.

I recorded some software simulations that have both still frames and video clips and the video clips are stopping during playback. The user must click the play button to finish the simulation.

Anybody else with this problem?

    Are you using the most recent version: 9.0.2.437?

    Do I understand correctly that you have a mix of software simulation slides and Video Demo (cpvc) slides?  And the video demo slides are pausing?

    No, I am using version 9.0.0.223. Did the new version solve this problem?

    And yes, they are a mix of software simulation slides and Video Demo (cpvc) slides.

    You are still on the first release, was pretty buggy but am not sure it will solve this problem. Anyway I recommend to update ASAP.

    You do publish to HTML?  And testing occurred after uploading to a webserver or LMS?  Personally I always replace the old FMR slides by cpvc slides because they don't work well for HTML output.
