captivate sub-bullets are wrong color on ipad

Has anyone else run into this weird issue?

This is the first time we've seen this and it seems to only be on iPad Safari.

All our text and bullets are white, and they look perfectly fine on desktop,

but for some weird reason the sub-bullets are black.

The regular bullets are white, but any bullets past the first level are the standard black color.
