I have a most perplexing problem. When I open Captivate 9 the initial popup window opens, but the rest of Captivate is no where to be seen. When I click on a project on the open popup window or open a new project from the menu bar, the files load, but then all disappears. When I then exit Captivate I get the save popup. It almost appears as if Captivate is hiding behind the desktop. Any one know where Captivate is vanishing to? Thank you.
Then it's possible your Captivate window is actually not visible at the moment because you have changed the monitor setup in some way and now Captivate is sitting off screen somewhere. You need to replicate the original monitor setup and move the Captivate window back to the main monitor.
Alternatively you can try resetting your Preferences folder by executing the CleanPreference bat file in the Utils directory in the Captivate install directory.
