(Captivate VS. 11.8) Issues with XAPI settings as customer LMS returns a Java Script error.
Hello everyone,
This is a long shot but here we go…
We have modules that have been working for years when published as SCORM in many LMS.
We have a new customer who requires XAPI as their LMS is by REXX Systems.
We have tried all kinds of XAPI settings but when uploading and starting the modules in the Rexx online test portal, the following occurs: https://xapi-test.rexx-systems.com/
Once the module is loaded but not yet started (i.e., when the "start icon" is displayed on a blank screen in a separate browser window), this error is already recorded at the bottom of the console (using the Chrome browser).

According to AI analysis, it's possible that JCO needs to specify a precise Activity ID in the manifest of each module before publication, which is then stored in the "Tincan.xml" file. Questions: - Does REXX Systems have any specific guidelines or experience regarding the settings for Adobe Captivate Classic (version 11.8), perhaps from other customers? - Which Activity ID (likely a URL for the Tadano LMS) should be entered when publishing the XAPI module? - Are there any further suggestions if the above analysis is incorrect?
But of course, this analysis may be wrong!
This is the error message by the test portal.

Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'id')
Line number: 2023
It is important to state that the module is shown as complete/passed reg. the quiz in the test portal.
But this error seems to happen from the very start once the module is loaded.
Questions:
- Does anyone have any specific guidelines or experience regarding the settings for Adobe Captivate Classic (version 11.8), perhaps for XAPI?
- Are there any further suggestions if the above analysis is incorrect?
Thanks a lot!
