Captivate2017 HTML5 Preview Not Working

I am trying to preview my project in the HTML5 browser but it just shows a circle indicating that it's loading in the middle of the screen. I uploaded it to my LMS and had the same problem. Any idea of how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

I just copied over all of the slides to the second project and now it is not working in the LMS again. Could it be because of the size file?

Must have explained the process for finding the corruption better. Never copy/paste all slides, but one by one and try publishing/uploading. That way you can find the slide which is causing the issue, or eventually the object on the slide. Quickest solution is then to recreate that slide after deleting it. By just copy/paste all of them at once, you take along the cause of the corruption.

Which browser(s) did you try? I happens often in Preview for me as well, sometimes in Chrome, sometines in Firefox but when I switch mostly I can find a browser that will show the preview. It is more worrying that it is not working when uploaded. Is this a normal, non-responsive project, published to HTML? Sometimes I have to publish again, no idea why, and it will be functional when uploaded. Does the LMS support JSON? That is necessary since version 9, second release.

I tried in Internet Explorer and Chrome. My project was imported from PowerPoint and I added a few quiz slides and a drag and drop slide.

What about JSON? I never, never use PPT to start a CP project. Non-responsive project?
