Captivate8 download failure

Unfortunately, i have exceeded the maximum attempts (5 times) in downloading the full version for 64 bit due to unstable internet connection. can anyone help with how to download the files? can this be refreshed so i can retry to download from Adobe?

i have downloaded and installed the trial version for Captivate 8 (64 bit) for the mean time. how do i upgrade to full version if i already have the serial?
