Captivate9.exe file does not work on some PC's.

Hi,

I have published a captivate9 output as a .exe file. It is working perfectly on my PC, but when I play it on another computer it is not opening & I am getting clicking sounds & the following error. please advise how I can ensure that the exe file works on all computers.

Is Flash player installed on that machine?

Yes the machine has flash player.I am new to captivate but I thought that the .exe file would ensure that the output works whether Flash player is installed or not. Some of my users might not have flash players or internet access.

No, like interactive pdf, both are based on Flash player.

If you want HTML only, you have to publish to a web server or a LMS
