CaptivateDev.com's Adobe Captivate 6, 7 & 8 Dynamic PDF Export Widget - IS IT AVAILABLE ANWHERE?

I've read about CaptivateDev.com's Dynamic PDF Export Widget for Captivate 6/7/8, that simplifies the certificate creation process.

But CaptivateDev.com seems to be out of business.

Does anyone know if this widget is still available anywhere?
