CaptivatePlayer issues?

I realize this is a forum for Captivate rather than CaptivatePlayer, but I'm wondering whether anyone here has had issues when using the player. We're experiencing intermittent problems, and we're not sure where the problem lies. However, when we view the movies outside CaptivatePlayer, they seem to work fine.

Here are some examples of what we're experiencing:

Everything appears to be running correctly but the student notices that content doesn't make sense. If the student views the Sections menu, he or she can see that a section has been skipped (no check mark).

The movie loads correctly and audio starts, but captions and images do not display. Some movies work fine; others do not.

We've sent an email to Jesse Warden, but also wanted to check here in case others had experienced similar issues. Thanks for any insight you can provide!

    I am not sure what you mean here by CaptivatePlayer. Could you please explain that to us.
