Captivave 8 not passing Completion or Quiz results to Oracle R12

My organization recently upgraded to Oracle R12 LMS. Unlike the prior LMS we can successfully upload and play Captivate 8 content. What we are not seeing is completion data.

We have republished with every Quiz variable we can find, but Oracle still shows as "incomplete".

I noticed somewhere in the on-line help documents where is said that some LMS systems can't display Captivate completion data. Is R12 one of them?

If not, what do you suggest as our next troubleshooting steps?

In  the image below we had changed the "Template" from "default" to "sendtrackingdataatend'

Are we missing something simple?

Try setting your required slide percentage to 80% and then see if the LMS records completion.

If it does, then your issue is probably that learners have not visited all slides in the project when the scoring data is sent to the LMS.

Sorry. Scrap that last reply.  Just noticed you only have User Access required for completion.

Maybe try uploading your SCORM to SCORM Cloud to see if it suffers a similar result there.  If it successfully records completion in SCORM Cloud then you need to get onto the techies at Oracle to ask why their LMS doesn't work as well as SCORM Cloud.
