Captive 2019 VR troubleshooting

Question

I looked at the demo (http://trycpcontent.com/homet/) on my phone (LG V30) and ran into some issues.

1. When I went from one hotspot trigger to another the text overlapped with one another. Can you put in a statement which hides the previous content once a new hotspot is triggered?

2. How can you answer a question? I was unable to select either True or False on a question.

3. I was also unable to select the continue button in the pop up windows.

I would love to create content on Captivate 2019 so I'm hoping you can provide some assistance on my questions above.

Can you check the exact version number? Most recent is 11.0.1.266.

There is no way to have a popup disappear when another hotspot is clicked. You can shorten the duration of each popup. For a 2D image this is possible, as I explained in :

I never experienced the other problems with the quiz slides. How did you test? Please test with HTML in Browser. Which browser do you use?
