Captive 6 audio not playing in preview

I am having an issue with audio playing on some of the slides in preview mode, other slides the audio works fine.  On the problem slides, I am able to  play the audio on the slide or timeline but in preview mode it will not play.

    Hello ,

    Could you tell me the exact version of Adobe Captivate you are using (Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate)?

    Please try to publish and check if you still have that issue or not .

    Which Preview mode? If it's the "Play this slide" preview, perhaps you have managed to mute the audio?
