Captive 6 stops moving forward on quizes

Good Day,

I am using captive 6 and I have a problem since I updated to a later version of 6.
I have practice test that I created for my users. it uses about 6 different pools of questions. 

In the first series of questions everything works as expected.  
When I set to the second series (pool) of questions  (and all of those after)
when they answer the question it will tell them if they got it right or wrong but it will not move forward to the next question.

I am not sure what happened but this use to work just fine.

Any thoughts?

    Is it possible that you've removed either the Question Title caption or the Question Text caption from any of your quiz questions?  If you've removed or replaced either of these default captions with a normal text caption then you can experience weird issues with quiz questions.  To check if this is the case, hide all objects on your question slides.  If the title or question captions disappear, then your question slide is toast.  You'll need to insert another one and rebuild.

    Unfortunately I dont think that is it.   These were all working and something changed.. What changed I am not sure.   but I have been doing something testing to see what could be going on.

    Let me see if I can explain alittle bit more in detail

    the captivate file is a module in learning how to use a calculator.
    this is the module that allows you to practice using the calculator.
    it starts of with some instructional slides on how to do the quiz.
    it asks 12 random questions from 2 different pools of questions. (6 from one pool and then 6 from another)

    then it gives some more instructions and then more questions.
    this repeats through out this module.

    Here is the problem. 

    the first 12 questions work as expected.
    you get to the second set of instructions and then the next question.
    no matter how you answer the question it tells you if you are right or wrong and then it tells you to click anywhere or press Y to continue.
    this is where it stops. It should advance to the next question but it doesnt do anything.

    As an experiment I tried replacing the working pools of questions with a different one that isnt working.   and well they dont work when I moved the to the first questions.   They stop working there as well

    So there must be something that has changed in the pool configuration in the other ones.. but for the life of me I cant find it.

    Any thoughts?

    Let me ask this a different way.

    Is there anything would prevent a pool of random questions from moving forward.   I can get the first question in the pool to answer. but then it stop before getting the next question.
