Capturing only software screens without the browser information

Hello, I'm looking for a way to capture only the application part of the screen for a software demo. I've defined the size of the capture area but every time i record, captivate places the capture area at the top of the browser screen. i don't want the url, toolbars and favorites, etc in the demo., only the application area. Pulling down the capture area manually each time is not precise enough and causes small jumps or shifts in the screen captures. Any help would be much appreciated.
