Capturing screen transactions of a tablet.

I am about to embark on a leaning project for a field workforce management system that uses tablets in the field.

Its early days yet so I don't know of the tablet type, if it is a standard tablet with the workforce management system on it or if its a proprietary device.

The learning will require demonstrations of how to use the tablet for its various functions.

Assuming its a standard tablet with the workforce management system on it - how do I capture screen transactions from it in Captivate 8 to use as demonstrations please?
