Capturing text answers for marking by instructor in LMS

Hi - I've read a bit about short answers and had a brief discussion about this but I still can't quite figure out how to capture free text responses within Captivate - these are mixed in with multi answer questions - and then load this into our LMS as a SCORM file so that any response can be viewed by the instructor and "marked" (this can be outside of the LMS).
