Captvate 9 TTS Vs Captivate 2017 TTS

I've used Captivate 9 and am quite impressed with its TTS engine. I installed the trial version of 2017, but I find the voice output is much inferior to that in Captivate 9. Did I missed any plugins or it is the problem with 2017?

That is very strange, because exactly the same voices are offered. Only the CC has changed in CP2017 but that is not linked with TTS.

I have not noticed any difference between the two.
