Carousel slide issue after 12.6 update

After the update to 12.6, my carousel slides are not displaying correctly as per screenshot (company information redacted). I have selected the correct carousel template yet when published the left spacing is removed and the left button covers the text (as highlighted in red). Any suggestions to resolve would be amazing, thank you!
