CC box display should not overlap

We have a video that we are going to add in the Captivate, is there a way, wherein the CC box display DONT not overlap with the video.

After adding the video did you try to rescale the project thus increasing slide size and keeping existing objects in old positions?

I have another question:

Do you know a way where I can track the chapter completion in Captivate? We

use two LMSs which are SCORM and AICC compatible.

For example:

I have 3 chapters in the table of contents, say A, B, C.

If the user completes A, i must get 1 of 3 is completed in my database. Is

this possible? If yes, can you tell me how.
