CC not showing for some people

Sorry, it´s me again.

I have a project with cc that I inserted in the audio section and synced.

Everything works perfectly for me when I publish locally and also while testing online with Chrome/Explorer/Firefox.

Unfortunately 2 people that test the same version online say that the cc are not showing.

Not in any of their browsers. Now I am confused and a bit sad...

There was another thread with the same problem but no solution.

Maybe if it is not "arial" as the font set in "cc project settings" but another one others don´t have installed?

    I would certainly suggest you try changing the CC text font to Arial to see if the users then can see the text.  In theory any of the web-safe fonts available in Captivate should work, but I've seen other examples where some web-safe fonts are more 'safe' than others.

    Actually I could see the issue on my own laptop.

    Newest version of Firefox and the problem is that the white CC does not even show up.

    So how do I fix it?
    This is a big issue for me as learners cannot access the CC otherwise.

    Thanks for any tip.

    EDIT:

    I did copy some slides into a new responsive project, published and the CC showed up.

    But after importing the design from the old project into that new test project, the CC once again were not appearing (not even a blank white box etc.)

    So that is a big problem.

    If I have to redo everything, honestly, I am in trouble.
