CC User Agreement for Pepetual LR6?

I just installed the Mac OS 10.11.4 update and went to open my perpetual license LR6. The splash screen comes up for a millisecond and then a licensing agreement for Creative Cloud comes up.  I didn't agree to it as I have not signed up CC, but also I can't get in to LR6. My LR6 has been installed since Sept. 2015. Solution? Thx
