Certain Objects when shown appear to make web object unclickable

Hello!

So I made a custom TOC using advanced actions. First time using advanced actions. Also changed the .ini file to allow objects to show on a slide with a web object.

Everything works except that when I click on the button to show the topics and associated timeline location, I cannot click on the web object.

Originally I had the topic object as a hidden object set to show based off of a couple advanced actions. Troubleshooting, I added the topic object to a state for the button. Either way, the result is the same, I cannot click on the web object.

None of the other objects interfere with the web objects except the topic object and this issue is consistant across similarly structured slides.

Any help would be appreciated! I can share whatever is needed.
