Certificate

I am working in a responsive Captivate 9 project which involves a quiz.

At the end of the project is a certificate, the certificate has a small ? in the top right hand corner, however, when clicked nothing happens. Could you please tell me if something is supposed to happen and if so what.

When we print the certificate out it is coming out less than half the size of A4, is there anyway we could change this to make it print out larger?

Hmmm, I do not see that Question mark, just configured a certificate with the same layout. Can you check the version of this interaction? Mine is version 17 with this default size:

You have to take that into account when setting up the printer, should be in landscape mode and with low dpi. I mostly print to PDF, easier to rescale.

Can you post a screenshot of the certificate slide, please? What is the resolution of the project?

Which of the certificates are you using? I've looked at a few of the options in the learning interaction but don't see a ? in the corner when previewed.

Regarding the printing size, I think this is a fact of life as configured.
