Certificate doesn't work

I used the certificate in Captivate 9 and it runs well when I preview it. But after I publish it, the certificate doesn't display. Could you help me troubleshoot this problem? Thanks.

Upload the project output to a web server or LMS and test from there.  Do you see the certificate then?

Thank you for your reply.

I published it as a folder that contains an .htm file and a .swf file. I found the .htm file does not display the certificate. But today I found the .swf file can display the certificate. Maybe I'll just use the .swf file.

There's a reason why Captivate publishes all those extra files.


If you're displaying Captivate content from a web server you will need the HTM and the SWF and at least some other CSS and JS files as well for everything to play properly.  Don't just use the SWF.
